Some grantmakers now use a common “grant application form” for consistency. The grant application below is a sample of the form used by some of them.
It is important to always follow the exact guidelines specified by grantmakers in their grant application. Beside the information and documentation requested with the application form, some foundations also require a cover letter and, if applicable, a budget for the specific project to be funded.
