As a catalyst, the Dyer-Ives Foundation seeks competence that will demonstrate an impact greater than the dollar value of its grant, and programs that are consistent with managed urban-growth strategies. The Foundation does not generally consider annual drives, building funds, scholarships, capital expenditures or support of ongoing operations.
